2. Blanch the cleaned pig stomach in boiling water

3. Put the pork belly, ginkgo and coix seeds into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2.5 hours.

4. Cut the yuba into small pieces and soak them in water until soft

5. Put the yuba into the soup and continue to cook for half an hour, then add salt to taste.

6. Take out the pig stomach, let it cool, and cut it into small strips. Depending on your personal preference, you can put it back into the soup and eat it with the soup, or you can mix it with the soup or stir-fry it.
