Tongcao peanut pig's trotter soup is used to treat milk retention due to poor blood circulation after childbirth.

Material

1 tea bag, 3 fen of Tongcao, 3 qian of Astragalus, 1 piece of Angelica, 1 teaspoon of Safflower, 300g of Pig's Feet, 30g of Peanuts, 30cc of Wine, 3 slices of Ginger, 2000CC of Water, 1 piece of Basil

1. Take a bowl and add water and salt in a 3% concentration ratio to make brine for later use.

2. Wash all the ingredients; take a tea bag, put in astragalus and angelica and set aside.

3. Soak the peanuts soaked in step 2 in the salt water in step 1 until soft.

4. Wash the pig's feet and blanch them in boiling water to remove the blood. Then take them out and rinse them in cold water.

5. Take a soup pot, add water, the pig's feet from step 4, the peanuts from step 3 and the tea bag from step 2, bring them together in the pot until boiling then turn to low heat and simmer until the pig's feet and peanuts are fully cooked and tender.

6. Add safflower and wine to the pot in step 5, stir until boiling and serve in a bowl.

7. Add basil to the bowl prepared in step 6 for decoration. When eating, add salt to taste according to personal preference.
