1. Beat the egg yolk, salad oil and water together with a hand whisk until they are completely blended.

4.1 Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, shake it a few times, and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes

5.2 Add the meringue to the egg yolk paste three times and mix well. Remember not to stir in circles, as this will deflate the meringue.

6. Turn the cake upside down and cut it into 2 pieces for later use. Note that you should remove about 1 cm from the edge so that the outer edge of the cake will be completely covered by the mushi.

8. Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water until it is completely dissolved

10. Pour the mixed Musi on top of the cake, then put another cake on top and pour the mixed Musi on top.

11. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then take it out and pour it into the prepared orange juice mirror
