Take a cake circle mold of corresponding size, put the large cake at the bottom first; then pour a teaspoon of liqueur on it, and then add NougatCreme, the thickness should be enough to separate the two layers of cake; then put the smaller layer of cake on it, and pour another teaspoon of liqueur on it. 14. Finally, pour NougatCreme on top and smooth the surface. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. The cake has “solidified” after 15.4 hours. 16. Carefully remove from the mould with a knife. This step will definitely ruin the smoothness of the cake and NougatCreme surface. After demoulding, smooth it as much as possible with a knife. 17. Caramelize an appropriate amount of sugar in a small pot, add the required number of whole almonds or hazelnuts, and coat with caramel. Then take it out and wait for it to cool. 18. Stick almond slices on the sides of the cake to beautify it. On top of the cake, use a piping tube to squeeze Nougat Creme into a flower shape, and then place whole nuts coated with caramel on top.
