How to make Raphael cake

What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to make Raphael cake.

1.121 Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix evenly. Remember to pour the flour in slowly.

2.212Prepare the cake: Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites in a large bowl. In another large bowl, beat 6 egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of hot water, then add sugar and beat until foamy.

3. Add the foamed egg whites into a large bowl and stir evenly with a wooden spoon. Remember to stir up and down, don't stir in circles, otherwise the foam will disappear and the baked cake will not taste good!

4. Grease a layer of butter on the baking container, sprinkle a thin layer of flour on it and pour in the mixture.

6.2 Preheat the oven, put the cake in, the temperature is 180 degrees Celsius, and the time is 30 minutes.

7. Add the almost cooled white chocolate to the bowl.

8. Add coconut flour and chopped almonds.

9. Finally, add the whipped cream and stir it up and down slowly. The Raphael cream is ready.

10. Once the cake has cooled, cut it into two slices. Bring 150 ml of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of coconut powder and 1 tablespoon of coconut liqueur. Then use it to wet the two cake slices.

11. Spread half of the Raphael cream on a cake slice, cover with another layer, and press lightly to fill it evenly over the entire cake surface.

12. Spread the remaining Raphael cream evenly on the edges and surface of the cake.

13. Sprinkle coconut flour over the cake to evenly cover it and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For decoration, I chose to decorate the edges with sugary red ❤, and then sprinkle decorative sugar on the surface of the cake into a heart shape! Does it look good? !
