6. Pour it back into the remaining 2/3 of the egg batter and stir thoroughly to form a cake batter.

7. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes, line the baking tray with greaseproof paper, pour the prepared cake batter into it, and shake it on the chopping board a few times to remove the bubbles.

8. Set the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 18 minutes. The cake will expand and turn golden brown when done.

9. Take it out and turn it upside down for 5 minutes, then tear off the wax paper.

10. Use a spatula to evenly spread the blueberry jam on the surface of the cake.

11. Roll up the cake (you can use a rolling pin under the wax paper) and try to roll it as tightly as possible.

12.After rolling, let it sit for a while.

13. Sprinkle a little white sugar into the baking pan, put in the rolled cake body, and roll it gently to evenly coat the surface with white sugar.

14. Leave at room temperature or place in the refrigerator for a while to set.

15. You can slice it.

16. Place the cut cake slices on a plate and you can eat them. It’s great for breakfast or afternoon tea!
