How to make rice cooker milk tea cocoa marble cake

1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and put them into 2 clean, oil-free containers;

2. Add 30g of fine sugar and 3 drops of vanilla extract to the egg yolk liquid and stir well;

3. Add vegetable oil to the egg yolk solution; then add milk, stir thoroughly, then sift in low flour and baking powder;

4. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula and set aside; add 60g of fine sugar to the egg whites in batches and beat with a whisk until hard foaming;

5. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the batter, mix well with a scoop, then pour the egg whites back in and continue to mix well with a scoop;

6. Divide the mixed solution into 2 parts, add milk tea powder and cocoa powder respectively, and mix well;

7. Mix the two batters together and stir a few times;

8. Apply a layer of vegetable oil to the inner pot of the rice cooker, turn on the power, and select the cake function;

9. After about 2 minutes, you will hear a beeping sound, indicating that the preheating is over. Now pour the batter in.

10. Cover the pot and wait until the program is completed and the beeping sound starts again.
