Nine-month-old babies can add complementary foods appropriately, but you should also avoid giving them complementary foods that are difficult to digest. You can add complementary foods to your baby at lunch and dinner every day, and you can feed your baby milk in the morning. Because babies at this time should still drink milk, what complementary foods are suitable for nine-month-old babies?

01 Broccoli, Chinese Cabbage, Egg Yolk Porridge + Pork Floss

Prepare ingredients: broccoli, Chinese cabbage, eggs, meat floss

1. Blanch broccoli and Chinese cabbage and cut into small pieces

2. Cook the eggs and separate the egg white and yolk

3. The porridge can be put into the stewing pot in advance, with the ratio of water to rice being 6:1. This is what we often call 6 times porridge in the supplementary food industry. It is relatively thick, and can also be made into 8:1, or a thinner 10:1 ten-fold porridge.

practice:

2. Peel the skins and mash them into mud with a spoon or grinding bowl, then add appropriate amount of milk.

3. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and add it into the three types of paste.

4. Add flour to each paste and knead it into a non-sticky dough, but not too dry.

5. Roll the three doughs into six identical pieces. Choose a round or square container. Apply some oil to the bottom of the bowl. Roll the corresponding dough into the same shape. Color-code the dough and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size.

6. Put it in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes.

Not only is it good-looking, it’s also very soft, making it a very good finger food.

03. Onion, carrot and pork meatballs

Prepare ingredients: pork, onion, carrot, egg yolk, green onion, yam

practice:

1. Wash pork, onion, carrot and yam, cut into pieces and put into food processor

2. Add an egg yolk

3. After the meat and vegetables are blended into a fine puree, take it out and put it in a large bowl. Add some chopped green onions, which will be very fragrant. Add a few drops of oil.

4. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction, the meat will become firm and will not fall apart when put into the pot. Of course, you don't need to stir too hard when feeding your baby, as long as it can hold the ball. If it is too hard, it will be difficult to chew. It can be used by older babies.

5. Use the palm of your hand to squeeze the meat into meatballs, put them into a pot of boiling water, wait until they float up and cook for a while before taking them out. You can use the soup to cook noodles. Put the remaining meatballs in the refrigerator and freeze them and eat them within a week.
