How to make stir-fried preserved meat

1. Steam the bacon for 15 minutes

2. Soak the tea tree mushrooms in light salt water for 10 minutes

3. After the bacon is cooled, cut it into thin slices. Wash the tea tree mushrooms with clean water, drain them, and cut them into about 5cm long sections.

4. Cut the green garlic and chili pepper into sections, peel and slice the lettuce

5. Heat the wok and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add the bacon slices and fry until fragrant.

6. Add tea tree mushroom and lettuce and stir-fry for 1 minute

7. Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning

8. Add green garlic and chili pepper to the leaves and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with chicken essence and serve.
