1. Soak the pork belly in water to remove the blood, or rinse it

2. Cut the pork belly into 1.5 cm wide pieces, add ginger, salt, sugar and cooking wine to marinate evenly.

3. Marinate evenly. Add half an egg white and marinate again (I accidentally added too much egg white, but it’s okay). Then add a tablespoon of starch and marinate for about fifteen minutes.

4. Wash your hands and peel the pomegranate seeds. I peeled two and used 1/3 of the seeds, about half a bowl. I ate the rest with a spoon. It was really evil.

5. Pour excess juice into the marinated pork belly, coat each piece with dry starch, and then make it into small balls

6. Heat the oil in a pan until it is about 50% to 60% hot, then pour in the pork belly.

7. Fry until light yellow, take it out. It takes about 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the pork belly. Don't use too big a fire this time, otherwise the outside will be browned and the inside will not be cooked.

8. After taking out the meatballs, heat the oil again until it is about 80% hot, pour the meatballs in and fry them again for about 20 to 30 seconds.

9. When the surface turns golden brown, remove it and set aside

10. Leave a little oil in the pot, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, fry until it turns a beautiful red color, add a little salt and sugar

11. Add half a bowl of water and a tablespoon of white vinegar, then taste it and adjust it to the taste that suits you.

12. Add the chopped bell peppers

13. Pour in the meatballs

14. Stir fry evenly

15. Add a few scallions and a little bit of thin starch. Really thin starch, don't make it too thick.

16. Pour in the pomegranate seeds

17. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
