How to make cumin-flavored toothpick lamb

7. Add mutton, cooking wine and salt and stir-fry for about one minute (if you like to eat drier food, you can stir-fry longer), then add chopped green onion and cumin powder

8. Stir-fry for about half a minute and serve.
