1. Raw material picture.

2. Wash the small squid, cut into small circles and drain.

3. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.

4. Take out and put it in a bowl, add all the above seasonings and mix well for later use. (You don’t need too much oil in this step. If there is too much, don’t pour it out. The main thing is to stir-fry the scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.)

5. Wash the bean sprouts and spread them on the bottom of the plate.

6. Place the squid rings on top of the bean sprouts.

7. Pour half of the sauce evenly.

8. Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam it over high heat for about 5 minutes until cooked.

9. Move to the serving plate and sprinkle with chopped red pepper and green onion. (If you serve directly on a steaming plate, you can skip the step of changing the plate)

10. Pour in the remaining sauce and a little bit of hot oil that has been heated until it starts to smoke.
