How to make tomato minced meat noodles

1. Cook the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain, add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and set aside;

7. Add boiling water or broth and bring to a boil over high heat;

8. Add tomatoes, stir fry evenly, and continue to boil over high heat;

9. Add water starch in small amounts several times to thicken the sauce to your preferred consistency;

10. After boiling, add the egg flowers, stir evenly in the same direction, sprinkle with the remaining minced garlic, and turn off the heat.

11. The most important pot of stew is ready——

12. Put the noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce on them, sprinkle some pepper on them (if you don’t like it, just don’t), and start kneading.
