5 Seal the plastic bag and knead for about 5 minutes, then let it sit for about an hour.

6 After pickling, wash with boiling water for about 2 to 3 times.

7 Glutinous rice vinegar + 500CC boiled water + sugar, bring to boil and let cool.

8. Choose non-spicy peppers!

9 After cleaning, remove the head and tail and cut into small pieces.

10. Wash the ginger skin with a toothbrush and slice it.

11Put white radish, chili pepper, ginger slices and plums into the pot in order and mix well.

12 Use empty glass bottles at home to can. Remember to place the ginger slices, chili peppers, and plums evenly so that they will look beautiful.

13 Pour the cooled glutinous rice vinegar water into the bottle in order and cover it tightly! During the process, be careful not to get it in contact with raw water. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and then you can eat it!
