11. Then add the sauerkraut that has been squeezed dry, stir well and you can wrap it.

Dip your hands in some cold water, take a small piece of dough, flatten it with your hands, spread it on your palm, put the filling in it, and then slowly roll the vegetable dumplings with both hands. You may not be skilled at the beginning and the filling may leak out accidentally. The conservative method is to put less filling.

13. The vegetable dumplings are ready.

14. Arrange on the steamer.

15. Pour cold water into the pot and steam for 15 minutes after boiling.
