8. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll into balls.

9. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long oval pancake.

10. Roll up. (When rolling, be sure to roll it tightly, otherwise it will easily create big holes, like in my picture)

11. Relax for a while and shape it into a rectangle again.

12. Roll up.

13. Put the rolled bread rolls into the bread bucket, cancel the pause and continue working.

14. Perform secondary fermentation until the bread basket is 80% full. (It was cold here, so I extended it for 15 minutes (with one pause). It is recommended to cook it 80% full.) Brush the surface with egg wash.

15.Sprinkle almond slices for decoration.

16. Finish baking. (The time of taking the bread out of the oven can be determined according to the color of the machine, but it should not be taken too far in advance to prevent it from being undercooked.) Take the bread out of the bucket immediately and put it on the drying net to cool. After cooling, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it at room temperature.
