How to make Mother's Day cake

Nowadays people are generally under a lot of stress. 1. One six-inch chiffon cake (I have written about the production process before, so I won’t repeat it here)

2. Whip the cream with 30g of sugar (add or reduce sugar according to personal taste)

3. Cut the cake in the middle, spread a layer of butter, and cover it with dragon fruit (I only made two layers, you can also make three layers, depending on your preference)

4. Spread the dough, then spread the butter. If you like butter, spread it thicker. Adjust according to your taste.

5. Cut the grapes in half and stick them around.

6. Put the cream into the piping bag, cut a small hole, and draw a straight line back and forth on the cake surface.

7. Place the chocolate beans one by one for decoration (it will be easier if you have a chocolate pen, I don’t have this tool so I just do it one by one)

8. Peel the mango and cut it into thin slices. Then make three yellow roses one by one, move them onto the cake, and sprinkle with colored chocolate for decoration.
