How to make fried beans with salted fish

1. Soak the dried salted fish in water and set aside.

2. Pick a small handful of long beans, wash them and set aside.

3. Cut the soaked salted fish into small cubes about one centimeter in size.

4. Cut the fried beans into pieces about ten centimeters long

5. Heat the pan, add oil, and when it is about 70% to 80% hot, add the beans. Fry the beans until the skin is wrinkled, then take them out.

6. Pour out the oil in the pot and leave the bottom oil. Pour the salted fish into the pot and fry slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown.

7. Use a small bowl to prepare chili corners, white sesame seeds, minced garlic and minced ginger.

8. Clean the wok used to fry the fish, turn on high heat, add oil when the wok is hot, then pour the prepared ingredients in a small bowl into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Then add the salted fish and beans and stir-fry together. Add a little salt and some water and cook for a while to allow the salt to melt. This makes it easier for the beans to absorb the flavor. Remove from heat when water is almost boiled away.

10. Serve.

Fried green beans with salted fish is a dish suitable for novice women to make. Simple dishes can help people practice their unfamiliar skills and also allow them to study different cooking methods.
