How to make heavy cheesecake

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and you’re done. It’s that simple to make heavy cheesecake.

1. Prepare ingredients: weigh Oreo cookie crumbs, butter, milk, sugar and corn starch, eggs and cream cheese, rum, essence, and lemon juice.

2. Crumble the Oreo cookies and use a rolling pin to crush them a little.

3. Then add the melted butter and mix well

4. Pour into a 6-inch removable bottom mold, spread evenly, press and flatten, and refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the bottom of the cake solidify.

5. Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator in advance to soften at room temperature, add sugar and beat with an electric whisk until smooth

6. Add eggs in batches, beating eggs and cream cheese each time.

7. Add the second egg and beat until it blends with the cheese paste.

8. Then add 5 drops of lemon juice and continue to mix well to remove the egg smell.

9. Add corn starch and mix at low speed to prevent dry powder from flying around.

10. Then pour in the milk and add 2-3 drops of rum.

11. Add 1-2 drops of edible flavoring, and beat the milk and cream cheese until they are smooth.

12. Take the Oreo cookie base out of the refrigerator and pour the cream cheese paste into it to smooth the surface.

13. Wrap a layer of tin foil on the bottom of the removable bottom mold, put it in a baking tray and pour in an appropriate amount of water

14. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, bake for 60 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown, then cool to room temperature and refrigerate for four hours.

15. After refrigerating for four hours, take it out of the refrigerator and demould it smoothly and intactly.

16. Cut into pieces and enjoy. The rich and fragrant aroma is amazing.

17. The finished product will be more beautiful and pleasing to the eye after decoration.

Although restaurants provide convenience for people, it is not a long-term solution after all. Heavy cheese cheesecake is easy to make and tastes very delicious.
