French salty cake recipe

The importance of diet to people is self-evident. No one should be careless about it. If possible, it is healthier to cook at home. The method of making French salty cake is very simple. Friends who want to be healthy but don’t have good cooking skills may wish to learn it.

1. Place two molds of 8cm wide × 17cm long × 6cm high on appropriate sized oil paper.

2. Squeeze out the water from the pineapple and cut it into small dices. Cut the bacon slices and black pepper sausage into small dices.

3. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add bacon and black pepper sausage cubes and fry until fragrant, then add pineapple and fry for a while. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. (This step is to allow the flavors of the diced meat and pineapple to blend together.)

4. Sift cheese powder, baking powder, low-gluten flour and salt once and pour into the bowl

5. Add the beaten egg and milk and mix well.

6. Add mayonnaise and mix well

7. Add the cooled diced meat and pineapple

8. Stir well

9. Pour into two molds respectively

10. Sprinkle cheese on the surface

11. Put it into the preheated oven and bake it at 180°C for 40 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven) until the surface is golden brown.

12. Let it cool to the touch and then demould it. Carefully remove the oil paper.

13. Cut into pieces and enjoy
