How to make hot and sour radish and cucumber strips for bathing kimchi

1. Cut the radish into strips, sprinkle with salt and marinate evenly, then put it in a fresh-keeping box.

2. Wash and peel the radish. (If you cut the skin a little thicker, you can make another tasty carrot skin)

3. Put the radish in a fresh-keeping box and marinate it for more than 16 hours in advance, taking it out and turning it twice in the middle.

4. Wash the tender cucumber and cut into small strips, remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into shreds, chop the garlic, and cut the ginger into shreds.

5. Put the cucumber, red pepper shreds, garlic and ginger in a bowl, sprinkle salt and mix well.

6. Squeeze the water out of the pickled radish strips, pour them into the bowl, and continue to mix them evenly.

7. Pour it back into the fresh-keeping box and marinate for four hours.

8. After four hours, pour out the water and squeeze out the radish and cucumber strips again.

9. Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces.

10. Add cilantro stalks, sugar, white vinegar and chopped pepper to the radish and cucumber strips, mix well, put in a fresh-keeping box and continue to marinate for four hours.

11. Drizzle some chili oil, serve on a plate, and the spicy and sour radish and cucumber strips are ready.
