How to make orange syrup

Orange syrup is simple to make and allows people to maintain their health while enjoying delicious food.

1. Buy fresh oranges. Don’t buy the small sugar oranges. Oranges of normal size will do, such as the small-leaf oranges. Prepare a clean sealed jar and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.

2. Peel the oranges one by one.

3. Break the orange into segments and try to clean the veins on each segment.

4. Prepare an appropriate amount of clean water in advance and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. It is best to use old rock sugar. If not, single crystal rock sugar will also work. After the rock sugar water boils, taste it. It shouldn’t be too sweet or it will make you choke. Put the prepared orange segments into rock sugar water and bring to a boil.

5. Turn off the heat two or three minutes after the orange syrup boils.

6. After cooling, prepare for filling.

7. Pour the cooled orange syrup into the prepared glass or porcelain sealed jar.

8. Close the bottle cap tightly and refrigerate.

9. It is best to take it out and drink it the next day. It has a very smooth taste. The delicious and refreshing rock sugar water is ready.

Orange syrup is easy to make, and the essence lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dishes, and the dishes will immediately become a meal.
