Winter is coming, and learning how to make mung bean sprouts is very suitable for use in this season. It is extremely nutritious and healthy. Fresh ingredients must be prepared. The production process is very simple and easy to operate, but the amount of ingredients must be controlled, not too much or too little. Add water from the mouth, because the soup is the most tempting.

1. Wash 150g of mung beans and soak them in water for 5 hours. This is the germination after 24 hours.

2. Find a basin, preferably stainless steel, which should be lightproof. Cover it with a damp, clean towel to keep the bean sprouts moist. I used a plastic pot, which is not very good at keeping out light. Just put it in a cardboard box.

3. Press a steamer on the towel the next day.

4. Flush 2 to 3 times a day, and make sure to filter the water clean after flushing. This is the next day.

5. Two days later, put a heavy object on the steamer. I put an electric rice cooker with half a pot of water in it.

6. Gradually increase the amount of water in the pot to give the bean sprouts a certain amount of pressure, so that the bean sprouts will grow strong. This is the situation on the third day.
