Tomato, red wine and fig jam recipe

1. Soak the dried figs in red wine and put them in the refrigerator for 3 days. Take them out and stir them several times a day.

2. Cut each red wine dried fig into quarters and keep the remaining red wine juice;

14.4. Put the jam into the bottle, cover the bottle cap tightly and turn it upside down while it is still hot. After 30 minutes, wash the bottle and leave it at room temperature for 3 to 7 days before refrigerating it.
