Beef and mushroom sauce recipe

1. Wash all ingredients, cut beef, mushrooms, green and red peppers, and dried tofu into small pieces; crush peanuts, slice ginger, and cut green onions into rings.

2. Put the sweet noodle sauce into a container and add a little water to dilute it.

3. Place the pan on the fire and heat the oil until it is 40% hot. First add the peppercorns and star anise to stir-fry until the pepper aroma comes out; then add the ginger slices and scallion rings and stir-fry continuously. When the ginger and scallion become soft, shrink and ooze out the fragrant juice, pick out the spices and leave the base oil.

4. Add the diced beef and stir-fry.

5. After the beef cubes change color, add the dried tofu and stir-fry.

6. After a while, add green and red peppers and diced mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in the sauce.

8. Turn to medium heat and stir fry constantly to prevent the bottom of the pan from getting burnt.

9. Pour the crushed peanuts into the pot and mix well.

10. Cook until the water in the pot has completely evaporated, sprinkle with sesame seeds and turn off the heat.

11. Pour the beef sauce into a bowl, pour sesame oil over the beef sauce, cover with a lid and seal for storage.
