How to make wild vegetable bean curd dumplings

1.1 Squeeze the wild vegetables to remove moisture and cut into chopped pieces. Add salt, sugar and soy sauce to the chopped vegetables and mix well.

2.2 Wash the wild vegetables and blanch them in boiling water.

3.1 Crack the eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

4.2 Blanch the bean curd in boiling water. Blanch the coriander leaves as well.

6. Pour the chopped vegetables into the pot and mix well.

7. Take a piece of blanched bean curd skin, put in the fillings, wrap it into a bun shape, and tie it with blanched coriander leaves.

8. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring it to a boil, put the tofu buns in and steam them for 3-4 minutes, then take them out and serve.
