How to make dumplings with beef and sauerkraut

The taste of life lies in enjoying a delicious dish that suits you and having a meal together in harmony with your family. Beef and sauerkraut dumplings are a very simple dish, but suitable for home cooking and do not require too much seasoning.

1. First, mix the beef filling with oil, then add seafood soy sauce and mix well.

2. Add thirteen spices, salt chicken powder, sugar and sesame oil into the meat filling and mix well.

3. Add the chopped green onion and ginger and mix well.

4. Chop the sauerkraut into small pieces and squeeze out the water. Don’t squeeze it too dry. Add it into the meat filling and mix well.

5. Mix the meat filling and set aside.

6. Take a piece of dough that has been sugared in advance and knead it well.

7. Roll into long strips.

8. Pull Ji Zi.

9. Press flat.

10. Use a rolling stick to roll it into skin.

11. Take a piece of skin and put the filling on it, close the middle first and pinch both sides with both hands.

12. Place the wrapped dumplings on the curtain.

13. Boil water in a pot, add some salt, put the dumplings in after the water boils, stir with a mesh spoon, pour in a little cold water after the water boils, then add more water after the water boils again, pour in cold water three times and the dumplings will be cooked.

14. Place the cooked dumplings on a plate.

Eating out frequently can cause us to consume too much seasoning, which is bad for our health. The preparation of beef and sauerkraut dumplings is simple and requires very little seasoning.
