How to make sauerkraut potato strips

In fact, sauerkraut potato strips are simple and delicious to prepare. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and clean them

2. Cut potatoes into strips; chop sauerkraut into small pieces

3. Put water in the pot, add salt and potatoes and cook until cooked.

4. When the potatoes are cooked, take them out and coat them with a little cornstarch (just a little, not too much)

5. Do not put oil in the pot, fan the sauerkraut to dry and set aside

6. Heat a pan and add a little oil, put the cooked potatoes in and fry them. Don't turn them over in a hurry. Gently shake the pan and it will move, then turn it over and continue frying.

7. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

8. Then add the pickled cabbage and peppers and stir well.

9. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce to enhance the flavor and stir fry evenly.

10. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with some chopped green onions. It’s delicious!
