How to cook fried tofu and pickled fish

The taste of life lies in enjoying a delicious dish that suits you and having a meal together in harmony with your family. Fried tofu and pickled fish is a very simple dish, but it is suitable for home cooking and does not require too much seasoning.

1. Prepare the ingredients and 3 pieces of fried tofu.

2. Cut the fish into fillets, separate the bones and meat slices, soak the bones with a little salt and sauerkraut water, so that they will taste better. Soak the meat in kimchi water and add a little salt. Bean paste. Stir in soy sauce. Add appropriate amount of starch and mix well.

3. Cut the pickled radish, ginger and garlic and set aside. If the homemade tea is too salty, soak it in water for a while.

4. Wash the sauerkraut. If you buy it outside, wash it several times to prevent sand from forming. Soak it in water, then cut it and set aside.

5. After heating the oil, put the bones into the pan and fry until golden brown, then put them into a plate.

6. Cut the fried tofu into small pieces.

7. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, then add kimchi and sauerkraut, stir-fry for one minute, add water and bring to a boil. Add the prepared fish bones. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then add the fish and fried tofu

8. Cook over low heat until cooked. A delicious dish of fried tofu and pickled fish is ready.

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to cook it ourselves. Fried tofu and sauerkraut fish are easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
