1. Put all the prepared ingredients (except butter and egg yolk liquid) into the bread bucket of the bread machine and select the "dough" program.

4. Take out the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten it and release the air; roll the dough into a thickness of about 0.8 cm and use a scraper to cut it into rectangles of about 8 cm in width.

5. Use a scraper to cut it into rectangular strips about 8 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.

6.1 Put it in the oven, select the fermentation function, and wait for 40 minutes. The fermented bread dough is about twice the original size.

7.2 Arrange them neatly on a baking tray covered with tin foil, leaving some space between them.

8. Use a brush to evenly apply egg yolk liquid on the fermented bread dough as decoration.

9. Place the processed bread dough into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

10. Take out the baked bread sticks and observe them at any time during baking. If the surface of the bread sticks has changed color, it is best to cover them with tin foil to prevent them from burning.

11. Wait until the bread has cooled down before eating.
