10. Although it was a small failure, the bread was really soft and had a strong egg flavor. I finished one the moment it came out of the oven.

11. The baking pan was too small, and I didn’t finish baking the dough. I wanted to use the remaining dough to make bread with red bean paste filling. Unfortunately, the homemade red bean paste became too thin after adding honey, and the dough could not wrap it, so I had to knead the red bean paste into the dough. Roll it into round bread with red bean paste.

12. After the dough has risen, brush it with egg liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put it into the oven.

13. Finally, let’s take a family photo. Although it was very late when I finished baking and the bread had many flaws, overall, my first attempt at making bread was a success.
