How to make coconut bread

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. 1. It is preferred to use the general post-oil method to make the dough materials. Mix all the ingredients except butter, and knead until a thick film can be formed.

2. Add butter and knead until it expands. After rolling into a ball, seal it and place it in a warm place to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

3. Then make the filling. After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.

4. Add the egg liquid in 4 batches, stirring each time until fully blended before adding the next batch.

5. Add coconut flakes, stir evenly and set aside

6. After the dough has fermented, take it out, pat it to release the air, and relax it for fifteen minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin rectangular sheet and spread two-thirds of the coconut flakes on it.

7. Fold the uncoated side up, then fold it in half, and fold it into three parts like a quilt.

8. Use a scraper to cut strips about the width of a finger vertically, twist them a few times and put them into the mold until they are all done.

9. Place the mold in a warm and humid place and ferment for 40 minutes. I put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to increase the temperature and humidity. (Take it out after fermentation is complete) After fermentation, take it out and brush it with a layer of honey water (mix one spoon of honey with two spoons of water) and sprinkle with almond slices.

10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Bake for about 25 minutes. Adjust according to your oven. Cover with tin foil after coloring. After baking, remove from the mold and cool immediately, then seal and store.
