Yogurt bunny ham bread recipe

1. Add all the ingredients in the order of liquid first and solid later, start the bread machine and knead the dough for about half an hour.

2. Knead until the expansion stage.

3. Let it rise directly in the bread bucket until it doubles in size. Use flour to poke a hole with your finger and it will not shrink.

4. Exhaust the air, divide into 8 portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.

5. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long tongue shape, then roll one side thinner.

6. Roll it up and close the opening.

7. Roll it into strips of about 40cm in length, and roll it several times. The dough needs to relax.

8. Fold one piece in half and put half a piece of ham in it.

9. Press one end over the ham sausage and pass it through, as shown in the picture.

10. Same as above for the other end. Tidy up the bunny ears.

11. When everything is done, put it in a baking tray and use red beans as eyes. I didn’t have red beans at home, so I used yellow beans. It's a bit crowded. The ears are a bit pressed.

12. Put it into the oven and let it ferment naturally until it is twice as large. Put a bowl of hot water inside. Brush with egg wash, preheat the oven to 150 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
