1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the container

2. Knead into smooth dough

3. Add butter and continue kneading until you can weigh out the hand mask

4. Knead the dough into a ball and place it in a warm place to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

5. After the dough has risen, dip your finger in flour and poke it. If the dough does not shrink, it is well risen.

6. Take out the dough, fully exhaust it, and divide it into 8 equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

11. Brush the surface with egg liquid (preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes)

13. Put the bread dough into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 18 minutes
