How to make yogurt bread with seaweed filling and red bean paste filling

1. Prepare the materials. Mix wheat flour, salt, condensed milk, yeast powder and yogurt in a bowl and start kneading the dough.

2. If the dough is a little wet, you can add some flour or not. As you rub it, it becomes smooth. Add corn oil and continue kneading until the dough is slightly glutenous. Wheat flour is more difficult to form gluten, so kneading for 15 minutes will be enough.

3. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm place to ferment until it is about twice as large.

4. Move the dough to the chopping board and sprinkle some dry flour on it to prevent sticking. Knead the dough and deflate it. Divide the dough into 12 small balls. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 15 minutes.

5. Take a small ball and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long strip. Spread a thick layer of shredded seaweed.

6. Roll up from the end of the long dough strip. After rolling, pinch the two ends to close the opening to prevent the seaweed crumbs from falling out.

7. Use the same method to make bread with red bean paste filling. The edges should also be pinched and closed.

10. Cover two plates of dough with wet cloth and place them in a warm place to ferment. Let rise until twice as large.

11. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 190 degrees.

12. There are two ways to bake. Option 1: Put the baking tray in the middle layer (the second layer from the front), bake for about 15 minutes, one tray at a time.

13. Option 2: You can bake two pans together, with the baking pan on the second layer and the baking net on the bottom layer. Bake for about 10 minutes, then switch positions and bake for another 10 minutes. When the surfaces of both pans of bread are evenly golden brown, they are ready to be removed from the oven.

15. Baked. Let cool, preferably on a drying rack. After drying, put it in a fresh-keeping bag.
