How to make Russian bread

Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings. Russian bread is simple to make. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Beat an egg and set aside about 10 grams. Pour the rest into the bread machine and add weighed flour, sugar, salt and milk powder.

2. Dig a small hole in the flour and add the yeast

3. Add water and start the dough making process.

4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then stop and add olive oil and diced butter, and continue with the dough rising process.

5. Stop the program and take out the dough to exhaust it.

6. Divide the dough into two parts and relax for 10 minutes

7. Roll the relaxed dough into an oval shape, place the raisins and walnuts, and leave about two inches on one side.

8. Roll up from the side with raisins

9. Put the rolled bread into the baking tray and put it into the oven to start the proofing function or add a bowl of hot water.

10. Take out the risen bread and make a few deep cuts with a blade. Brush the surface with the reserved egg liquid.

11. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the bread for 35 minutes. Cover the surface with tin foil and let it cool before eating.
