9. When the egg whites become larger, add caster sugar and beat for the second time.

10. Beat until the egg whites have obvious fine lines, then add the caster sugar for the third time.

14. Add the egg yolk and egg white paste into the remaining egg whites and mix well.

15. Flipping method: Use a silicone spatula to flip from bottom to top, just like cooking.

16. Preheat the oven to 170℃, put the egg yolk and white paste into the mold, shake out the bubbles and sprinkle with red grapes soaked in rum, put it into the oven, set the upper and lower fire to 170℃, and bake in the middle layer for 20 minutes.
