How to make spinach and honey bean sponge cake

When it's time for dinner, I stare at the menu in a daze. I eat fast food every day and want to eat home-cooked meals, but time often doesn't allow and I'm not motivated enough. Spinach and honey bean sponge cake is very simple to make. It's a very simple and easy-to-learn dish. In less than half an hour, the delicious food can be presented to you.

1. For spinach, take only the leaves, not the stems.

2. Wash the spinach leaves;

3. Put the spinach leaves into the minced meat cup and chop them

4. Then pour a little water into the cooking cup and use a cooking stick to puree the spinach; [It is recommended to blanch the spinach in boiling water to remove the oxalic acid and puree it faster]

5. Take 40 g of spinach puree and set aside

6. Separate the egg yolk and egg white first. There must be no oil or water in the cooking cup.

7. Adding a little white vinegar to the egg whites will help stabilize the protein.

8. Then beat the egg whites until they become coarse foam. Add the sugar in the recipe in three times and beat until they become hard foam that should be in the shape of a hook when lifted.

9. Pour the egg yolk into the egg white paste.

10. Beat with a whisk for two or three minutes until the texture of the mixture is clear and does not disappear;

11. Then sift the low-gluten flour into the egg mixture, stir it up and down until there is no dry flour.

12. Then pour in the cooking oil and mix it evenly by cutting and stirring.

13. Pour in the spinach puree, cut it up and down, and mix it evenly;

14. Then add appropriate amount of honey beans and mix well [you can also replace the honey beans with raisins or cranberries according to your personal preference];

15. Place the wax paper tray in a round silicone mold and then place it in the baking tray. Use a spoon to pour the egg mixture into the mold, but don't fill it up completely. [I put less egg batter in the mold, so I made 14, but it should be 12]

16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes in advance. After the oven is preheated, place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

17. After the baking time is over, take the baking tray out of the oven, let it cool and then you can eat it.

18. Tear off the wax paper tray, the refreshing green spinach and honey bean sponge cake is also very delicious
