How to make Russian bread

It is nice to eat at home usually and eat out occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. 1. Beat the flour and eggs in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Use cold water to knead the flour into a dough and knead it repeatedly. Ferment for about two hours.

3. Spread out the dough and roll the raisins and walnut kernels into the dough.

4. Roll it up again, cut it into small pieces, and make three cuts on it.

5. Set the oven to 200 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven, and bake for 20 minutes. Adjust the temperature and time according to your preference.

6. Done.
