1. Prepare the ingredients and separate the egg white and yolk (the container should be oil-free and water-free)

2. Beat the egg white until it has fixed ripples and a small curved hook

3. Beat egg yolk, oil, milk, vanilla liquid and sugar until smooth

4. Sieve the egg yolk liquid into the low flour and stir evenly. Use a sieve to pass it again to make the cake taste more delicate.

5. Separate one-tenth of the egg white and add it to the beaten egg white, mix well and set aside

6. Line the baking tray with baking paper, put the freshly prepared primary egg batter into the piping bag, squeeze it into the shape as shown, and bake at 175 degrees for 3 minutes.

7. Sift the remaining egg yolk into the cocoa powder and mix well.

8. Add the beaten egg white paste and stir evenly.

9. Take out the cake that has been baked for three minutes, pour all the egg batter into it and put it into the oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

10. Squeeze pineapple jam on the top and spread evenly. Roll it up with baking paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

11. Cut it into pieces and eat it.
