How to make spinach bean porridge

Remember that your body is your own, so you must control your mouth and spend more time doing it yourself. In order to help you do it more smoothly, I will first introduce the method of making spinach and bean porridge.

1.1 Remove excess water from the cooked beans.

2.2Cook the beans until they are almost powdery. The time required varies depending on the type of beans. I used a normal pot to keep it boiling for 10 minutes and it completely turned into powder.

3. Chop ginger and garlic into fine pieces, and cut chili pepper into thin rings.

4. Wash the spinach and rinse it in boiling water. Drain and chop into small pieces.

5.Cook the spinach and beans for 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. If it is too dry, add appropriate amount of water. Then serve and drizzle some lemon juice.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili pepper, and stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes. Pour it on the spinach and bean porridge and mix it when eating.
