How to make mung bean cake

7. Add cake flour, one spoonful at a time, 4 spoonfuls, and stir evenly.

9. Beat the egg whites

10. The first time you add sugar to make fish eye bubbles, one spoonful

11. Add sugar for the second time when the foam is fine, one spoon

12. When the mixture is whipped to a liquid foam, add sugar for the third time

13. Stop beating when the foam is solid. It is marked when the foam does not change when the bowl is turned upside down.

14. Add one-third of the solid foam to the egg yolk liquid and stir evenly.

15. Pour the stirred egg yolk liquid into the remaining two-thirds of the solid foam and stir evenly.

16. Pour the stirred egg liquid into the mold, tap the mold a few times to shake out the big bubbles, then make a Z-shaped pattern to make out the small bubbles. Preheat the oven before this.

17. Bake at 50 degrees for 45 minutes. Leave it for a few minutes after a power outage before taking it out of the oven

18. Remove the tin foil while it is still hot. It will be difficult to remove it when it is cold.
