Follow the steps to make (classic milk toast)

1. Prepare the necessary materials.

3. Pour the flour into the bread bucket, then add the yeast powder.

10. Start kneading the dough. My machine is automatic, so just press button 1.

11. The key is in slow gear. After kneading for a while, it will jump to key 2 and enter fast kneading. Stop kneading after a certain period of time, stop working for 15 minutes, and then start kneading the dough again. Repeat this operation twice.

12. Before kneading for the third time, put the butter in. Do the same as above. Knead the dough twice until it has expanded. Knead the dough four times in total.

13. This is the kneaded membrane.

14. After the dough is kneaded, start the first fermentation.

15. When the dough has doubled in size, poke it with your finger. If your finger is not sticky, it is well fermented.

16. Take out the fermented dough, divide it, knead it a few times with your hands, and start to relax it for 15-20 minutes.

17. Take a piece of relaxed dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into the shape of a cow's tongue.

18. Roll up from top or bottom. , all sorted out.

19. In the second operation, roll the dough again with the mouth facing upwards and roll it up.

20. The rolled dough is about this size.

21. Place it in the mold box for secondary fermentation. Put boiling water in the baking tray, place the mold box on the baking net, turn off all switches, and set the time to 60 minutes.

22. The second fermentation should be 90% full.

23. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 40 minutes. (Determine the temperature according to your own oven)

24. After baking, take it out and remove it from the mold immediately.

26. It tastes good. I will use this recipe next time.
