How to make coconut and chestnut toast

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Sift the flour, add sugar and salt and mix well.

3. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour and mix well.

4. Add eggs and mix well

5. Add chestnut filling and mix well.

6. Add appropriate amount of water and stir into dough, then add corn oil

7. Mix well to form dough

8. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for about 4 hours

9. Ferment until it is twice as large as the original size

10. Pull open the honeycomb inside to discharge the gas

11. Add a little dry flour to prevent your hands from getting dirty when kneading the dough

12. Divide the dough into small pieces and let it rise for 30 minutes

13. Take a small dough and knead it repeatedly into a dough sheet.

14. Repeat several times and roll it up.

15. Apply some oil to the toast mold and put the 3 rolled toast doughs into the mold.

16. Sprinkle with melon seeds

17. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and wait for the fermentation volume to increase.

18. Put the fermented and enlarged toast into the oven and bake it in toast mode for 30 minutes.

19. Turn the mold upside down and the toast is ready.

The coconut and chestnut toast dish can be modified according to your own taste, making use of the seasoning to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
