How to make original toast bun

1. Mix all ingredients except butter.

2. Knead the dough until it forms a film, then add butter and knead until the surface is smooth!

3. Ferment for 1 hour

4. Use flour on your fingers to press a small hole without shrinking it.

5. Exhaust air in 3 portions for 15 minutes

6. Shape and put into toast box

7. Put it in the oven and add hot water for secondary fermentation

8. When the toast is 80% or 90% full, you can cover the lid and prepare to bake.

9. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees for 5 minutes

10. Bake in the oven at 165 degrees for 35 minutes

11. Remove from oven and let cool

12. Slice and eat!
