How to make Danish toast

How to make Danish toast

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. For example, the method of making Danish pastry toast is very simple. As long as you master the method, the dish you make is not inferior to some delicacies from land and sea.

1. Knead the dough with high flour, yeast, sugar and milk. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.

2. Put the butter into a sealed bag and beat it into pieces with a rolling pin.

3. Sprinkle flour on the mat and roll the dough into a size that can wrap the butter slices.

4. After wrapping, press tightly and spread open

5. Roll it into a rectangle and fold it into four like a quilt. Repeat the process 3 times.

6. Then roll it into a rectangle about one finger thick.

7. Cut off the two ends and irregular parts and put them aside. Cut into strips about one finger wide, three in a group, and cut as needed.

8. With the cut side facing up, flatten it slightly.

9. Overlap braids for three days, glue the ends tightly together

10. Slightly lengthen the irregular part you just cut and put it on the braid

11. Pull up the ends and pinch them tightly, then put them into the toast box.

12. Let it ferment naturally for 1 hour at room temperature of about 30 degrees, or ferment for 1 hour without turning on the oven. The fermentation temperature must be lower than 30, otherwise the butter will melt.

13. After fermentation, brush with egg liquid and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Make sure to preheat it properly. The upper tube changes from black to red and then to black.

14. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes in the bottom layer of the oven, then turn the upper temperature to 160 degrees and the lower temperature to 150 degrees for 45 minutes.

15. Remove from the mold while hot, let it cool slightly before putting it into a toast box and eat after 4 hours.

Eating out may cause various problems and may also harm your health. The preparation of Danish toast is not complicated and it has considerable benefits for your health.
