Let the dough rise until it doubles in size. 8. Remove the exhaust gas and divide it into two large portions for later use. 9. Take a dough and roll it out. 10. Apply a layer of pastry. It doesn’t matter if it is not applied evenly, as you will need to roll it out later. 11. Roll it up, try to roll it as tight as possible. 12. Roll the dough vertically and press down. 13. Flatten it, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 minutes. 14. Open it up slightly and put the filling in the middle. 15. Make sure to tighten the opening to prevent the stuffing from leaking. 16. Turn it upside down and let it rest for 5 minutes. 17. After rolling the pancakes, let the dough rest for a while and start preheating the electric baking pan. 18. Brush a layer of oil on the electric baking pan, put in the dough, and brush another layer of oil on the surface of the dough. 19. Close the lid of the electric baking pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. 20. When the time is up, open the lid of the pot and take out the sugar cake! 3. Method 3 of the oily shortbread First mix the sugar filling: brown sugar + flour + white sesame seeds. The amount depends on the size of the prepared dough. The brown sugar is mixed with flour to prevent the sugar filling from flowing out when eating, and the white sesame seeds are just the icing on the cake. Here is the secret: put oil in the pan, heat it slightly, add flour, fry until crispy and golden brown, then serve and let cool for later use. Add some warm water when kneading the dough so that the pancake will be soft. Roll the dough into a large pancake, put the freshly fried shortbread on top, spread the shortbread evenly with a pancake wrapper, knead it into a large piece, and then roll it into small pancake wrappers. Put an appropriate amount of brown sugar filling in the small biscuit skin. Seal the mouth and flatten it into a pancake. Don't let the cat out of the bag!
