How to make brushed cake

Only when we are in good health can we do what we want to do. Good health is not innate. We need to take good care of it and maintain it carefully in our daily life, especially paying attention to diet. The method of drawing cake is extremely simple and it can be completed in a very short time.

1. Prepare the necessary materials

2. Find two clean bowls, no water or oil, and separate the egg yolk and egg white.

3. Add corn oil and milk to the egg yolk bowl and beat evenly with a whisk.

4. Make it light yellow

5. Mix the low-gluten flour and baking powder, sieve and add to the egg yolk bowl.

6. Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly to make a uniform flour paste without particles.

7. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white bowl and beat evenly with an electric whisk.

8. Add sugar three times and beat with an electric whisk

9. Beat until the egg whites can be pulled out into a small vertical point and will not fall down when the egg beater is lifted. Then stop beating.

10. Use a rubber spatula to take one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and stir gently, just like cooking. Do not stir in circles, otherwise it will easily defoam.

11. Pour the mixed batter into the egg white bowl and continue to stir evenly.

12. The batter has a slight glossiness, no egg white, and is uniform overall.

13. Place wax paper on the mold, pour in the flour paste, and shake it a few times to remove the large bubbles inside.

14. Beat the egg yolks and put them into a piping bag, then draw lines.

15. Preheat the oven and bake at 160° for about 40 minutes

16. Ding ding, the cake is out of the oven

17. After cooling, cut into pieces

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. The dish of string cake only takes a dozen minutes to make. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
