6. Sift in low-gluten flour and corn starch

16. Cut into small pieces of equal size with a knife and knead them into balls

17. Press gently with your palm until flat.

18. Use a knife to cut five times into petal shapes, but do not cut the middle joint.

20. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

21. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
