How to make puff pastry mango tart

1. First, make the egg tart crust. Mix flour, salt, 20 grams of softened butter, sugar and water.

2. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to relax for 30 minutes.

10. Wrap the prepared tart shell with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to relax for 30 minutes.

13. Sieve the egg tart water and set aside.

14. Take out the relaxed egg tart crust and add mango pieces and tart liquid to fill it up to 70% to 80%.

15. Preheat to 210 degrees, bake on the middle layer with upper and lower fire for about 20 minutes.

16. Bake five and eat three instantly!
